Cerro Kishtwar, a tough mountain peak located in Paddar of District Kishtwar, India. The height of the mountain stands at staggering 6155m. It has attracted mountaineers from all over the world to this remote place of Jammu and Kashmir.
The mountain peak is considered one of the toughest climbs in the world and only few have been successful in ascending the zenith. An unsuccessful attempt was made in the year 1992 by Andy Perkins and Brendan Murphy but a team of Stephan Siegrist, Thomas Huber and Julian Zanker conquered the mountain in 2017.
